Decorum Estates launches Swan Valley Business & Innovation Centre

As a new year begins, a second phase of the successful Swan Valley Office Village at Junction 15a of the M1 motorway in Northamptonshire is being promoted by newly appointed marketing agent Prop-Search, alongside Lambert Smith Hampton and North Rae Sanders.

Phase Two offers leasehold and freehold design and building opportunities from 2,500 sq ft to 22,200 sq ft of high specification business accommodation. All buildings provide flexible, quality accommodation with a self-contained identity for each occupier. Features will include comfort cooling, fully accessible raised floors and generous car parking.

Developer of the scheme, Decorum Estates, has re-launched Phase Two after the success of the first phase of the development which established Swan Valley as a premier business location in Northamptonshire. Phase One attracted occupiers including Bloor Homes, Kelch and Modulex Systems.

Part of the popularity of Swan Valley for occupiers is its location. It is situated just two minutes from Junction 15a of the M1 motorway - yet still enjoying a semi-rural working environment with views over open fields.

Chris Carlisle, Director of Decorum Estates, comments: “With no new office or high-tech development in the area during the last few years, available supply of quality accommodation has been significantly reduced. Swan Valley Business & Innovation Centre therefore provides a great opportunity to obtain high-quality, bespoke new buildings in an excellent location.”

“Decorum Estates has a good track record of delivering design and build solutions for an array of business schemes and we hope to maximise flexibility by offering the option for both pre-lets and sales.”

Ian Harman, a Director of Prop-Search, adds: “Northamptonshire is a thriving county with a strong and prosperous economy and our confidence in this development has already been realised with the overwhelming success of Phase One.”

“We fully expect the second phase to generate interest from local companies looking to expand and businesses from outside the area wishing to relocate to Northamptonshire - lured by its highly skilled and rapidly growing workforce and its central location served by some of the best infrastructure and communications links in the country.”
